1. If you are located in Michigan:

You can setup online appointment choosing your own date and time. Please proceed with setting-up your appointment by clicking here.

You will be sent confirmation email of your appointment. Also you will be sent a reminder email a day before your appointment is scheduled.

2. If you are located outside Michigan:

Please complete the attached Tax Preparation checklist and email/fax us with your W-2, 1099's and other tax documents. Once we receive your papers we will contact you. The online appointment is available to clients who can personally visit our office only.
